Require an estimated cost for relevelling floor in dining room 16 sq (1920's double brick house) and kitchen, rot has damaged 1 or 2 bearers/ joists that will need to be replaced, the rot problem area is where the dining room and kitchen meet. the floor slopes away on both sides. stumps seem to be ok.the house is low set. renovations have started so the subfloor is exposed.
adjacent to dining room is the kitchen 12sq, a 1970's brick extension with concrete around the edge of 2 sides of the kitchen where the cupboards and applicances sit on. the floor has collapsed and rotted and needs to be totally replaced.stumps may be ok.
