House appears to be slipping resulting in big cracks appearing in the walls. We need someone to restump/level the house so that we can plaster up the cracks without worrying about them reappearing. Is a two storey unit, looks like it is on a slab but I believe it is on stumps as other unit owners have stated that they can gain access underneath.
