Hi,
My home is in need of renovations. I have significant cracks in the walls of my house (& they are getting worse), and believe it may need to be re-stumped?
I would like to discuss:
• What are the problems? How can they be fixed? Options for renovations? (Keep existing layout vs. combine the dining/lounge?)
• What are the steps required?
• Timing?
• Quote/Costs?
• If this a job you guys would consider, etc.
Currently unsure of Timframe & Budget - yet would like to discuss what needs to happen to make it 'safe' (and stop cracking) at minimum, and the the potential to improve the layout if possible?
