i wanted a few quotes on getting my 3 bed room weather board house restumped/re blocked, the house is on joists. dont know if i should get soil testing done or not. i would like it done by the end of the year 2008. how long would it take? also i wanted to know how much it will cost extras eg. if i had beams/loists replaced or other work needed to be done per metre.
