We require you to restump and relevel our single-story ~80m2 victorian home. It is low-set with floorboards in main area raised approximately 1 ft off ground. Kitchen and rear dining area set down at/very near ground level. Land slopes gently towards rear of house.
3 original fireplaces to be used as reference points for releveling. At worst point the floor has sunk ~2" below fireplace. Prepared to suffer post-restump pain (ie doorways/plumbing) to ensure house is accurately level. Access through floorboards can be provided at rear as required but preference is to work under house.
Job to be completed anytime before 05 March (before autumn rains).
