two bedrooms have had termite/borer damage at some time in the past. this problem has been fixed but there are soft spots in the floor and ruined floor boards in both rooms. that side of the house also is on a sight slant. we will require restumping in that area with possible bearer replacement and also all floorboards replaced in these rooms. the house is an Edwardian Terrace with baltic pine boards.
