Have a couple of rooms that appear to need to be restumped and possibly have the floorboards replaced.
room 1. looks like floorboards are rotting and everything is sagging so bearers and stumps may well need to be replaced as well as floorboards.
room 2. whole room wobbles when you walk in there. the floor sags from all sides into the middle.
