we would like to get our old weatherboard house that we just recently purchased restumped because there is significant sagging in areas. it's two beds l shaped lounge and kitchen. there is an old extension on the back with one room, tiny dining, toilet and laundry, but we don't want this stumped because we will be ripping it down at a later stage to extend. we want the front part down so we can renovate that and extend later.
