80yo weatherboard house in geelong west, approximately 8-9 squares needs to be restumped. the house has sunk a fair bit, i was told when i bought it that it had been partially restumped and it appears to be the front of the house that needs the most levelling.
there is no easy access to get under the house, most likely floorboards would need to be lifted to gain access.
