1920's solid brick house with timber stumping under floorboards & carpet. a handful of stumps were redone 8 years ago by previous owner. floor is bouncy in some areas, sloping and raised in various areas. building inspector advises some rising damp.
would like to remove rotting timber stumps and restump double lounge, master bed and entrance area so floors boards can be re laid level. will also require replacement of vents to allow greater air flow under house.
