Restumping, raising and leveling 3 br house
Cormac requested 3 quotes from Restumpers in Kingsville
Pre-purchase inquiry relating to a 3br weatherboard house. Planning fairly extensive renovation, but floors are unlevel and some wall cracking. House is pretty much on the ground, so access would probably have to be through the floor (I can arrange to lift floorboards to provide access). Ideally would like to lift house by 450mm to provide ventilation to dry underside of house, with new stumps and probably bearers (and whatever else may be required).
Rough estimate only required at this stage, as I don't really know how much that is likely to cost.
