90yo, single-storey, 2 bedroom house in Richmond requires restumping so we can build second storey in 5 years time. The floor has sunk nearly 20cm in the bedrooms from height of fireplace it seems, so likely a total floor rebuild is required. We believe other half of the house is on a slab. Excavation is also likely required.
