3 bedrooms brick veneer house requires to restump (replace existing wooden stumps to concrete stumps). Currently there are some part of the house (roughly 30-40% of the house) have concrete stumps thus no work is required. Contractor must be reliable, experienced, registered, fully insured and work guaranteed.
We will require 2 quotes: 1 - replace all wooden stumps to concrete stumps (a rough estimate is about 30-40 stumps). Exact number to be confirmed during the inspection. 2 - inspect the house and provide quote for replacing only the stumps that are rotten (roughly about 10-15 stumps).
Quotes must include but not limited to sufficient jacking equipment, building permit, coordination with building inspector, ant caps and etc.
