House is on concrete stumps on reactive clay soil. The house has had original stumps replaced for concrete stumps and we have occasionally had someone in to re-level the house (particularly front and back doors). The house is a 1947 weatherboard if that is useful to know.
The front door is very difficult to open and the back door needs adjusting.
