We bought a house last year brand new however we have noticed that the foundation on the right rear end of house has come away due to probably the sewrage pipes area not ing compacted. we have several cracks in the walls and the rendering is now cracking and window pains moving about 1cm. we have been advised to get someone to underpinn the foundation with a expandable product. does anyone know anything about this and how much it would cost? i need a free quote!
