Our place was re-stumped with concrete stumps before we bought it. I recently got a friend to level the place in his spare time but he does not have time to replace the stumps I need someone to selectively replace an estimated 16 stumps which have too much packing before I begin renovating Most stumps are currently easily accessable as the floor has been removed in the worst affected area. The other stumps I want replaced are accessible from the outside.
