We are buying a new house located in oakleigh with settlement on 19 sept. building inspector suggested property needs restumping & we would like to do as soon as possible after the 19 september. will need to organise with real estate agent time to view property prior to 19 th if require entry to house. external access is available anytime (as no one living at house - although no access under floor other than via viewing through gaps in external wall). ideally would like provider to organise permit etc. is a 3 bedroom house with attached bugalow/4th bedroom at back.
