There are two parts to this job.
(1) We need a few metres of tiles to be repointed on the sloping corner of our house, where we recently modified the roof to accommodate a flat roof extension from a 1930s pitched tile roof. We have spare tiles if needed.
(2) We need a "sky tube" type skylight installed in a sloping tiled roof, ensuring it is watertight. The skylight has a light shaft through the roof cavity and a ceiling diffuser placed in the plaster ceiling of the hallway. There is easy access into the roof cavity. We can provide a skylight from e.g. Bunnings or the tradesperson may choose to supply a suitable product.
