initial consultation was exellent, had 2 variants of ways to fix my roof and let me choose due to budget constraints. Both were covered with certificate of compliance. (this was a pre requisite for the job. engaged Andrew and start date was 2 days after i engaged them, 2 men were up on the roof, didnt know they were there apart from the knock on the door to say they were commencing. my flashing was fixed near chimney and a membraine was put over the existing tin roof. 3 coats required, so they came back 3 times to coat. all workers were considerate of us in the house ie: no noise ,no messy tools lying around, and old materials taken away. would definatly recomend and use Rescue Plumbing again with no hesitation. One of the best quoters out on the market. prompt in replying, outstanding gentleman that came to our house to quote. Called 30min before arriving and was actually 15 min earlier,(never seen that before). Stepped me thru all the pro's and con's of the repair fix that was needed in laymans terms that i could understand. ( a plus for those who do not understand plumbing). We will not hesitate for future works to be looked at by G. Brand. Overall i would say a 5 star for consumers as this was a rare sight in any trade.
