We had a fireplace removed a few years ago and left the chimney. it is now leaking quite badly around that area and a fair bit of water is now dripping through the roof inside. we have had one guy out who said that we need a roof plumber. there is also pool heating over the area that will need to be moved and then put back on completion of job
