Barge Board Roof Repairs.
Double story house, barge boards at ONE end of house need party (mostly) replacing. End of house is "bay window" shaped, with 3 sections, center section is OK, but both left & right boards (each approx 3.5m in length) need replacing.
All 3 sections have a "cornice" piece supporting the tile grout/pointing above, and this needs to be replaced on all 3. Centre section is approx 3m in length.
Have a quote (about $200) from a roof tiler to repoint after carpentry job is done - &/or you can quote that too if you want...
Have only filled in an amount as they made me. Best price sought.
