- Need front part of house to be recapped, sealed & painted.
- New roof (possibly colorbond) to be intalled at rear.
- The eves will need to be replaced in some areas as currently they are wood and rotted. Eves will also need to be capped in areas where there\\\'s no gutters.
- Need new guttering & bigger down pipes around the house.
