The house is old (1960) and has an old corrugated metal roof that has previously been painted. The paint is flaking off and the bolts holding the panels together look like they might need reseating. We're not 100% sure if the worn washers under the bolts might be leaking but we often get mouldy ceilings inside the house so we suspect this may be the cause. We'd like someone to look at the current situation and advise if repair is possible - ie if just reseating is required (and how much) or whether the whole roof needs replacing (and how much)
