The work covers 1.the removal of disused heating flute. The current system is a Brivis Gas system while the old one is oil heating. The system was removed but the some flutes were left there. 2. inspect the roof and remove any damaged corrugated metal roofing sheets and replace with new one(s). 3. Inspect the gutter and timber eaves to carry out the repair needed. ( some localised damage) 4.Flashing to front fascia is rusting in parts - treatment required These items were discovered in the recent building inspection carried out by Archicentre.
