We have bought an edwardian house with a terracotta brick roof (approx 90 years old).
the roof needs repairing and the gutters, etc need to be fixed / replaced. it appears that in the past the roof has leaked causing damage to the plaster inside. from the outside, the roof also appears to be sagging across the main beams.
we need quotes done on tues 16 or wed 17 sep and work to start asap as we can't move into the house until this is fixed.
