Basically there are six fascia board corners in the upper floor. The most torn one is the inner one above the garage.You can see it from walking into the driveway, inside to the right is where the garage is. Two upper fascia corners can be seen from the pavement outside the unit. Just walk around the unit to check it out. Please assess to see if one or two can just paint over, or just change a corner board. ( Ground floor fascia corners are mostly done) Pls forward us the quote with breakdown of the work via email
