The capping needs to be re done and there are a few tiles that may need replacing or fixing so the roof looks good. Not after a total restoration, just touch up so the roof looks good and not in need of repair. I'm really unsure of how much this will cost, so please give me an estimate even if you think it will cost over $500. We've had roof seal out and thought they were full of it, so really want a basic touch up job, not total restoration as we're selling the property.
