We need to get the flashing repaired at the front section of the roof.
The job is only around 3 x 3m of replacing or fixing the flashing so it lasts for at least another 5 years when we will look to sell the property or replace the roof at this time. It needs to last for this time period! The slate is old and very fragile and cannot really be stepped on or tiles will break and we do not have any replacements 😬 just so you know beforehand - please do not break any.
It is a single story California bungalow - have attached a pic for your reference
