Our flat metal roof is leaking near the junction with the pitched roof. The Archicentre house inspection indicated "there are patches of surface rust on the galvanised steel tray roof decking and on the roof flashings. The worst area of surface rust is next to the roof tiles".
The leak results in a slow to moderate drip through the ceiling in the laundry which we suspect is asbestos sheeting due its age circa 1960.
