Very old Galvanized corrugated iron roof that is in poor condition and has been leaking. There are roof
sheets lifting and rust holes in the lap joins of the roof sheets. Water ingress has occurred into the rear lounge room causing a large stain on
the ceiling.
The top ends of the roof sheets have not been turned up and this could be
contributing to the leak.
The property is to be demolished in 2-3 years and we are looking for the current roof to be repaired, and the water stained gyprock ceiling (approx 2 sq meters) to be replaced.
