Single car brick garage requires a new roof. Roof is a flat tin roof which sits inside the 4 brick walls (is not visible from outside). Slope is greater than needs to be so would like rear of roof to be raised. Also where door is located at back/side of garage require this to be opened up by knocking out a portion of the brick wall.
