a four bedroom 1970's single storey home needs to have all the guttering, fascias, and support posts for the roof/verandas completely replaced.
I have already organised for a roofer to replace the roof (flat, steel roof), and for the asbestos to be removed (eaves etc), but I require a tradesperson to replace all the posts holding up the verandah, all the gutters and guttering fascias, and make sure everything is level again (the roof has sagged over time due to age and water damage).
I am looking for an experienced tradesperson with the appropriate license, public liability insurance, and positive feedback from previous customers. This is a reasonably big job and I need someone who takes great pride and care in their work.
