I have installed an internal attic ladder and about 15 square metres of yellow tongue flooring in ceiling (all internal walls are double brick). Now wishing to have roof inspected and required repairs made before installing sizelation under tiles. The roof is tiled and non-trussed and appears mostly OK, however some support beams may require replacement. Only experienced carpenters/roofing specialists please. Easy internal access (site visit will be required, but available most days). Job may be worth more than $500, however not willing to spend more than 1,500. Flexible with completion, but within 3 months.
