1) Supply resource to assist electrician with the Installation Free Issue BR-FM-3-1500 Facia Mounted Riser Bracket on Apex of Tiled Roof in accordance with Manufacturer’s Instructions with Details provided attached.
2) Assistance with noggin behind 250 x 100 mm facia flange plate & 50mm diameter clearance hole with electrician providing assistance.
3) Provide anchor points in tiles for ladder / stay in centre of roof capping (water tight) complete with small noggin where required, and two (2) off catenary points & water tight using deck tight or similar approved device grinding out section of tile to create passage and in accordance with manufacturers Installation Instructions attached.
4) Repair integrity & ascetics of any disturbed mortar joints where necessary.
