Just discovered that our home lost about 10 capping tiles in last week's big storm. Now the race is on to have someone repair it before it rains again. I think I have enough tiles to do the job.... Single storey, 4 bed house. 10 years old (+/-). Tiles are in good condition. Needs ridge and hip tile repointing (has small ridge leak). Maybe a few slipping valley tiles need securing. Dont want... Water is coming in near a boxed guttering, not sure if a crack in box gutter or under it. Dripping into study and when heavy rain into the roof. Have put some towels there for the moment. Only...
