The roof will slope down away from existing house to a brick wall. Because the brick wall will be right on the boundary, it will need an internal gutter (not overhanging) - hope this makes sense. The garage is 10.5 mts long x 2.5 mts at the front and 4.5 mts wide at the back (so it steps out twice following the shape of the house). I expect to have the architect plans approved this week so I expect it will be about 6-8 weeks before I need the roof installed.
