We need someone to repair our roof. It is unbelievable how many people we have contacted and they have said we will come and have a look and quote but just don't turn up. We had an extension done... We need someone to repair our roof. It is unbelievable how many people we have contacted and they have said we will come and have a look and quote but just don't turn up. We had an extension done years ago but they put the flashing went over the existing gutter and not under. This caused some flooding and damage to the ceiling. Our insurance will fix it all but we have to get the flashing rectified before they do. I am lost for words how many people we have contacted to come and quote but dont show. If someone who could possibly help us, please.

The roof has a few damaged tiles that will need replacing. The concrete mortar to the roof capping tiles has some deterioration. Some repair will be needed to the mortar. At this point I... The roof has a few damaged tiles that will need replacing. The concrete mortar to the roof capping tiles has some deterioration. Some repair will be needed to the mortar. At this point I need a rough quote. I need this to be done in a month's time. I can send the photos of the damage. If you can provide me an approximate quote based on the photos it will be great. I prefer to communicate over email since I wont be able to make calls during work time.
