There are also two sections of guttering that have rusted through (1 x 3m, 1x1m), and one that appears to be sagging (overflows in heavy rain). We are looking to patch the affected sections of roof and patch or replace the affected sections of guttering. The house is due for a full reno in a few years time and we will probably replace large sections of the roof and all guttering at that point but we believe we do not need to do this yet.
