After rain I inspected the roof cavity to see a puddle of water. After soaking it up I noticed that some of the roof sarking appeared to be hanging down along the valley area. There are no... After rain I inspected the roof cavity to see a puddle of water. After soaking it up I noticed that some of the roof sarking appeared to be hanging down along the valley area. There are no broken tiles and the tiles are concrete. Along the valley, I have been given advice by my insurer/assessor that the tiles over hang the valley too much. Additionally, I was advised that it might be an idea to 'soil'? along the valley to reduce the possibility of water ingress. The sooner I can get this done the better.
