hi, i'd like to gather some quotes to replace my metal roof. i have a single story house with the front half having roof tiles and the back half having a (approx) 9m x 6m metal roof. the items... hi, i'd like to gather some quotes to replace my metal roof. i have a single story house with the front half having roof tiles and the back half having a (approx) 9m x 6m metal roof. the items of work are: * replacing the metal roofing. * most likely replacing the timber battens * installing roofing insulation * the fascia on one side of the metal roof is missing (and hence needs to be added) and the other 2 sides are pretty old but probably dont need replacing. * the metal roof guttering is relatively new but would have to be re-aligned once the new roof goes on. * the guttering from the tile roof is setup such that all the water from the tile roof comes out of two 10cm holes in the gutter that sits on top of the metal roof (on the left side and right side). this results in water overshooting the metal roof and so some form of spreading system needs to be setup instead (or adding downpipes, whatever is cheaper). * finally, guaranteeing that the water flow from the roof to the gutters and down the downpipe works in all conditions and of course that there are no leaks. i have a couple of quotes already but wanted to gather a few more from experienced roofers. i am available any time before 8am on week days and anytime on most weekends. thanks, javad
