The property is a double storey Victorian terrace. There is a leak in the front section of the house (on either side) which in my opinion is due to the gutters needing repairs/replacement. Also,... Also, some parts of the metal panels seem to be lifting off thereby creating another problem. There is even a small tree that started to grow in between some of the panels. However, I am not an expert and I haven't been able to get up on the roof to see exactly what the problem is. I need someone to come and have a look and give me a professional opinion as to what is causing the leaks and to give me a quote to repair the leaks. The whole roof will be replaced in about 12 months as part of the house's renovation, so we would like to minimize the cost that will be spent at this stage.

This should be a simple job, just removing the fasteners (screws or pop rivets), and then sealing the resulting fastener holes up to prevent any leaks. The size of the cover is approx 1m by 0.5m. Access is available by ladder from street front. Single story roof is moderately steep (less than 45 degrees), chimney is nearby for use as anchor for safety harness. Work could be done at any time, preferably within the next week.
