I'm very flexible on the 1 month approximate commencement time I've given.

The roof has a number of briken tiles and is leaking in a number of locations. i need the roof water tight. furthermore the front gutter is rusted out and needs replacement if possible. We want a roof built over our existing deck. the roof would be colourbond and approximately 2.5m x 9m. there is no roof currently there. the roof would have to be built in such a way as to blend... The house is old (1960) and has an old corrugated metal roof that has previously been painted. The paint is flaking off and the bolts holding the panels together look like they might need... We're not 100% sure if the worn washers under the bolts might be leaking but we often get mouldy ceilings inside the house so we suspect this may be the cause. We'd like someone to look at the current situation and advise if repair is possible - ie if just reseating is required (and how much) or whether the whole roof needs replacing (and how much)
