We have a flat-ish roof that adjoins our home (old built in veranda) which is leaking where the roof abuts the house. What we think we need is for the gutter to be removed, new flashing installed and sealed, and gutter reinstalled. One piece of gutter may need to be replaced, and additional down pipe may be required. Unsure of costs so happy to discuss quotes.
The roof is colourbond.
