Our initial inquiry was to have someone repair the mortar beneath the tiles once a carpentar was to restore rotted facia boards and then have a painter come out and paint the facia and mortar to complete the work. We were most fortunate to be contacted by Alex from Spider Man Roofing who was able to do the whole job including the repair of rotted facia and the painting at a much more economical price. His work was very clean & professional. There was no mess left behind leaving the job spotless. We were so impressed with his work that we have given Spider Man roofing more work since our initial job.
