We are in the estimating phase of our extension and renovation and are looking to get a rough estimate of the cost of supplying and installing colorbond roofing and guttering. The area is approximately 300m2 and includes a second story with 4 dormer windows and gable ends.
The ground floor has 3 valleys and 5 hips.
Approximately 90m2 will involve replacing the old iron over the existing house.
I have accurate preliminary plans as a pdf file that can be emailed if required.
