The original terracotta roof on this old weatherboard property is leaking and in a bad state of repair.
I am looking for a quote to either have the roof repaired (rebedded, repointed, new valley irons etc) or replaced.
If the roof needs replacing I would be interested in either terracotta again or tin(not colourbond).
My brother is currently living in this property so access can be arranged with him, however I am living in the UK and I would be keen to be updated (and receive a written quote) by email.
