2 tiles on the roof slipped out of place 6 months ago and have been causing a leak into the spare room. I bought the place unaware of this and since discovered the loose tiles. They have been put back into place, but need to be secured down. They are on the edge of the roof, where it comes up against wall. I\'d say the entire edge will need re-concreting. There are also about 15 chipped tiles which I\'d like looked at to work out how they happened and if they need replacing. And I\'d like it done at a fair & reasonable price. It may be a Body Corporate Insurance issue, but probably not due to some changed rules at our property.
