Repair leak around Chinney and adjoining verandah wall - flashing issue
Sarah requested 2 quotes from Roofers in Richmond
We have two apparent leaks. (1) Is on upstairs verandah where the roof meets the side wall. (2) Potentially around the chinney. We believe that the flashing requires replacement in both cases. Also, a gutter has become loose - needs to be tightened (very minor).
Please note the house is a double stroey terrace. There is potential access to the roof via a window above the internal stair case which could be removed if neceesary. Alternatively may require cherrypicker (for which there is both side lane and rear access).
We do not have a sufficient understanding of the work involved to make an informed assessment on price -rest assured this job needs to be completed within the next few weeks!
