1 a 14 metre high galvanised ridge cap has lifted/twisted on one side and at the eaves end. Needs to be fastened down. One slate has detached and there are several loose ones at the ridge cap level. The ridge cap runs out from a membrane covered large flat roof accessible from an inside staircase.There is a chimney at the flat roof that offers secure location for a safety harness.
2 Replace/refix about 10 slates at a corner return at the 2nd story gutter level - easy accessible by ladder - height about 9 metres.
