The Roof Area to be replaced is approximately 12m x 20m, and currently consists of terracotta tiles. We aren't sure whether to replace with tiles again, or go with a tin roof, or alternative.
- The current tiles are brittle, and the timber boards along the roofline need replacing. The ceiling cavity is likely very dirty as the house is on a main road, and we'd like it thoroughly cleaned out, and the insulation material replaced.
